Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order. In most cases, items will ship within 2-3 business days from the date the order was placed, however there may be times when order volumes can be higher than expected at certain times of the year.

 

LOST/STOLEN/NOT RECEIVED ITEMS

Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email. You may check your status on USPS.COM. If for ANY reason your package does not make it or is stolen/lost in U.S mail, STACK$ BOUTIQUE is not responsible. Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the USPS system, they are responsible for your package. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to Covid-19 the safety of our customers is our number one priority therefore no returns or exchanges are accepted at this time. ​

For issues with any other item:

Please note all returns must be approved by STACK$ BOUTIQUE. You are required to email us before returning any item to gain approval.

 

We only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. In order to receive credit for your exchange, the item must be in the same condition as which you received it (ie - new, not worn, tags still attached).

 

Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. We also suggest getting a tracking number on your return as we are not responsible for lost packages.
